STORE POLICIES

shipping/handling

All orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days. Depending on stock you will be notified if the items are not available for immediate shipment. If your order is placed on a weekend or holiday, it will be processed the next business day.  Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Green Body and Home does not ship on Saturday or Sunday.

Larger items such as mattress and furniture will often ship directly from our manufacturers to you via UPS, freight, or other home delivery service. Items exceed size and/or weight restrictions set by our carriers and cost considerably more to ship. In addition to the regular delivery charges, a surcharge will be added to each oversized item to cover these additional shipping costs. The surcharge amount will be displayed below the price of the item.

Greenbodyandhome.com accepts Visa and MasterCard. A sales tax of 5% must be charged on all orders shipped within Massachusetts. Orders shipped to addresses outside of Massachusetts state will not be charged any sales tax. Handling fee is applied to all items over 10 lbs.

Returns

We stand behind the quality of every products we sell. If you are less than satisfied with anything you order from greenbodyandhome.com, you may exchange it or return it within 30 days for a full refund. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All shipping costs related to a return are the responsibility of the customer. If you are returning a product or products that you paid no shipping charges for, we will refund you the price of the product less the actual shipping costs that we incurred in shipping the product to you.

All items must be returned in saleable condition and in the original packaging for a full refund. Due to health regulations, items such as pillows, bedding, towels, underwear, personal care products, baby products and cosmetics are not returnable. Please understand that custom orders and discontinued clearance items sales are final. There is a 25% restocking fee for the return of mattresses, furniture and artwork.

Please email us at bestclients@greenbodyandhome.com. or call us at 1-800-410-6561 before returning or exchanging a product so that we could issue Return Merchandise Authorization to insures that your return is processed accurately and quickly. In the case of returning a damaged article, please save all shipping material. 20% restocking fee will be applied to unused returned items without their full packaging.

Damaged Items


When returning goods, please obtain a "Proof of Postage Certificate" from your post office as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us. We recommend you use registered post to ensure safe delivery. Please include your order#, name, address, phone number as well as the reason for the return.
